This is for all their hard work in continuing to build and support our wonderful club. They have worked tirelessly over the years to ensure inclusion in activities and friendships for those who find it. challenging to acces these opportunities otherwise. Our sponsored Guide Dog Puppy Updates - 'Pupdates'
Annually we sponsor two Guide Dogs to be to support a fellow charity that is close to our heart.
2021 - This year we have sponsored Harry and Alfie. Our sponsored Guide Dogs have been working hard and we have been told that Harry has recently been confirmed ready for the next stage in his training. Go Harry!!
Unfortunately Alfie was not quite ready for his day in the spotlight so has been withdrawn from the programme. Our sponsorship has now been passed on to Poppy who we will continue to follow her progress.
2022 - Dexter and Bonnie have been selected by the comittee as our Guide Dog pups this year. Dexter is a ginger Golden Retriever who when he gets excited wags his entire body as well as his tail! Bonnie is a yellow labrador and her favourite toy is a teddy bear that she has had all her life, so is very confident and energetic.
